After a 30+ year career as a leader in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, I’ve stepped into the work that has always mattered most to me: helping people grow, lead, and thrive. Coaching isn’t a departure from my past—it’s the natural continuation of what I’ve always loved doing.

Throughout my career, I led cross‑functional teams, guided complex initiatives, and supported colleagues through high‑stakes, fast‑moving environments. The strategic and operational experience I gained was invaluable, but the moments that stayed with me were the ones spent developing people—helping someone find their voice, navigate a challenge, or step into a new level of confidence. Those experiences revealed the power of thoughtful challenge, authentic connection, and steady support in creating meaningful personal and professional growth.

My own journey has included its share of disruption, including three layoffs in five years. Those chapters reshaped my perspective and taught me profound lessons about resilience, adaptability, and aligning my work with my values. They now inform my coaching in a deep and practical way. I understand what it feels like to navigate uncertainty, rebuild confidence, and choose a path forward with intention.
