With more than 30 years in biopharmaceuticals leading cross‑functional teams and developing talent, I learned that the most meaningful part of my work wasn’t tied to launches, promotions, or organizational milestones. It was helping people grow—watching a colleague find their voice, a team member overcome a challenge, or a rising leader step confidently into their potential.

Those moments inspired me to become a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and build a practice dedicated to helping others navigate their own growth with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
